As a Trade Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing, settlement, reconciliation and regulatory reporting of trades across a range of asset classes. Working closely with investment teams, third-party administrators and operational stakeholders, you will help maintain a robust control environment, resolve trade related queries and support the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the accurate processing, confirmation and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes.
- Monitor trade lifecycle events and corporate actions, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions.
- Liaise with custodians, brokers, counterparties and third-party administrators to resolve operational queries.
- Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks.
- Maintain strong operational controls and support compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements.
- Act as a key operational contact for portfolio managers, traders, risk, compliance and other stakeholders.
- Provide operational reporting, analysis and updates to support investment activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and increase automation.
- Support regulatory reporting obligations, including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR.
About You
- Experience in investment operations, trade support, fund operations, middle office, or a related financial services environment.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle processes and financial instruments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
