You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with different stakeholders and taking ownership to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, operations or customer service role, ideally within financial services, wealth management or a similarly regulated environment.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage varied requests, meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a busy environment.Excellent attention to detail and a right-first-time approach when checking data, producing reports, preparing quotes or processing requests.Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with sales colleagues, adviser firms and internal teams.Good numerical and analytical skills, with experience interpreting information, identifying trends and producing accurate management information.Competence using Microsoft Excel and other digital systems; experience with financial platforms, reporting tools or FE Analytics would be advantageous.A proactive, practical approach to resolving queries and issues, knowing when to involve colleagues or escalate concerns.A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn about Quilter’s products, processes and regulatory requirements and to support wider team priorities.A strong commitment to providing a professional, responsive and customer-focused service.#LI-IC1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
