About the Role

Level: 4

Department: External distribution

Location: Southampton, United Kingdom (hybrid) Will also consider homeworkers.

Contract Type: Permanent

Regulated/Non-Regulated: Non-Regulated

This role is pivotal to the successful rollout of Quilter Invest to our adviser population. Quilter Invest is Quilter’s innovative Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) platform, recently enhanced to enable advisers to refer prospective clients directly onto the platform. Through this capability, clients can begin growing their assets independently, with the flexibility to seek professional advice from their adviser when they are ready. By bridging the gap between self‑directed investing and adviser‑led support, this role will drive adviser adoption of the platform, increase client referral volumes, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end client journey from initial engagement through to receiving tailored financial advice, working closely with the Quilter Invest product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Quilter Invest Adviser Referral proposition
  • Lead the rollout of the adviser referral capability across National, Network and IFA adviser channels
  • Own and deliver adviser onboarding targets, ensuring timely and effective adoption of the proposition
  • Support adviser engagement through presentations, webinars, and live demonstrations of the Quilter Invest platform
  • Guide advisers through the end‑to‑end onboarding process, ensuring clarity, confidence and compliance
  • Work closely with distribution teams to identify and prioritise firms and advisers interested in using the Adviser Referral tool
  • Activate and drive referral activity, accountable for achieving agreed referral growth targets
  • Engage directly with firms and advisers to support effective and consistent use of the platform’s functionality
  • Capture and articulate adviser feedback, sharing insights with distribution, product and delivery teams
  • Equip distribution teams with the knowledge, materials and confidence to support advisers using Quilter Invest
  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Adviser Referral proposition
  • Collaborate with the Quilter Invest product and delivery teams to evolve functionality in line with adviser needs and commercial objectives

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes
  • Experience working with financial advisers, ideally with demonstrable success selling investment platforms into adviser-led environments
  • Comfortable taking end‑to‑end ownership of a product proposition and leading its successful rollout
  • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed distribution and referral targets
  • A self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively to achieve objectives
  • Experience within wealth management and/or direct‑to‑consumer investing platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build, develop and manage senior relationships across large advisory firms to drive asset growth through Quilter Invest
  • Highly delivery‑focused, demonstrating energy, resilience and the ability to achieve results through collaboration and influence rather than direct authority
  • Commercially astute, with strong written, verbal and presentation skills, and confidence engaging audiences in both group and one‑to‑one settings
