Quilter plc is seeking a Marketing Manager for Quilter Academy & Recruitment to lead marketing for the Academy and oversee adviser recruitment marketing. You will create plans to raise awareness, attract high-quality applicants and progress candidates through the Academy and into an adviser career.
You will collaborate with internal teams and partners, develop integrated campaigns across paid search, social, email, content and events, and manage the Academy marketing budget.
