Fixed Term Contract Duration – 12 months (FTC/Secondment). Location: Southampton / London.
Responsibilities
- Produce the monthly network performance trackers, weekly RFP dashboard and other key MI reports that support the QFP Business and Distribution team.
- Use available management information and data sources to develop reports and complete ad hoc analysis.
- Produce calculations for the QFP Distribution incentive scheme.
- Process out‑of‑system AR rebates.
- Support the Affluent Finance Director in running and administering monthly Commercial Oversight forum meetings.
- Manage QFP incentive loans tracking and reporting.
- Support the Business Partner with ad hoc analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Methodical and thorough, producing accurate outputs.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerBI and other tools to analyse data and produce reports.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Capable of working in detail yet summarising complex information.
- Credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity.
- Embraces change and initiates new better ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
- Embraces a collaborative working environment to achieve shared objectives.
- Knowledge or awareness of QFP commission systems and the QFP business is desirable.
