We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our growing and ambitious M&A Team in London. In this role you will assist the Group M&A Team with financial analysis, preparing proposals, information processing, reporting Management information and Packs, and help with the management of transactions through the pipeline to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support with the financial analysis and presentations of M&A acquisition opportunities.
  • Support with the financial analysis of investment portfolio.
  • Produce Monthly Reports for Governance and other committees. Developing and maintaining presentation materials, organizing company documents into updated filing systems, and keeping both physical and digital records.
  • Supporting with logging, administration and management of new M&A acquisition opportunities including maintaining the M&A Pipeline CRM.
  • Assisting with the administration for multiple simultaneous acquisition opportunities at different stages; including the preparation of letters, presentations, and other formal documentation.
  • Attend internal and external meetings to document decisions and assigned actions.
  • Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional responsibilities considered reasonable.
  • Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Experience working within an M&A team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
  • Adaptability to cope with change.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with exemplary work ethic.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes.
