We’re growing fast and looking for a talented Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. This role sits at the heart of our creative output, supporting digital campaigns, CRM, and brand storytelling across channels.
You’ll be responsible for creating best-in-class marketing and CRM design assets that bring the Quilter Invest brand to life. From campaign visuals and web layouts to CRM templates, social content, and short animations, you’ll design with purpose—balancing creativity with commercial impact. This is a highly collaborative role that requires agility, initiative, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact marketing assets for digital campaigns, ads, emails, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
- Create short-form animated videos and motion graphics for paid and owned channels (product explainers, CRM campaigns, brand content).
- Work with CRM and Performance teams to design and build branded email templates using Stripo and optimise assets for automation platforms such as Iterable.
- Collaborate with Quilter Group brand and creative teams to ensure visual alignment and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and refine web assets and layouts, ensuring consistency with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Support campaign launches end-to-end—helping brief, create, and deliver assets under tight deadlines.
- Maintain high creative standards and brand consistency across all materials and channels.
About You
- Solid professional design experience within marketing, digital, or creative teams (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design, brand storytelling, and motion design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proven experience designing for CRM and performance marketing, particularly email campaigns and digital ad assets.
- Experience using Stripo (or similar) for email template creation.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and digital asset optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working across departments and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in the UK, available during standard working hours.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience using Figma for UI and campaign layout work.
- Familiarity with Webflow or other no-code tools for landing page design and small web builds.
- Understanding of Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other marketing automation platforms.
- Basic experience with Cloudflare (image optimisation, caching rules, CDN tweaks).
- Light video editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar).
- Experience working in growth-driven or data-led marketing teams.
