Overview
Provide dedicated administrative support to three Investment Managers as part of a dynamic team. Confident in written and verbal communication, including drafting and responding to emails and letters, and engaging with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering calls, preparing suitability letters, maintaining suitability affirmations, and assisting in the creation of investment proposals and PowerPoint presentations. Support the distribution of ongoing client reporting.
- Onboarding of new client accounts, process payments to clients and advisers, and ensure Investment Managers are fully prepared for client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers and their representatives by delivering timely and accurate portfolio information and reports. This requires a personable and professional approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both internal employees and external providers.
- Support general team administration, including booking meeting rooms for clients and adviser meetings.

Qualifications
- Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role as an Investment Administrator within Wealth or Investment Management.
- Knowledge of Figaro system would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of financial services and markets and the terminology would be useful.
- A good level of communication skills is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Experience within financial services is beneficial and a general interest in financial markets would be helpful.
