Key to demonstrating how Quilter Platform have customers at the heart of the business by:
- Acting as forum secretary for the Platform's governance forums
- Managing consumer duty-related matters for the Customer Proposition team, including foreseeable harms, conflicts of interest, and material controls, as well as reporting on these to internal stakeholders/forums including contributing to the Quilter Board Annual Assessment
- Overseeing the Platform annual product reviews
- Responding to ad-hoc regulatory and executive-level questions about Consumer Duty, governance, or the Customer Proposition, supporting key stakeholders including the Chief Customer Officer and the Proposition Director
- Performing analysis and investigation of product-related matters and authoring papers on findings for the Platform forums
- Managing governance policies and the terms of reference for Platform forums
- Responding to compliance monitoring/audits
- Coordinating the Platform Proposition Risks & Controls Self-Assessment
Consumer Duty
Whilst this isn’t a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers by keeping customers front-and-centre in all Customer Proposition activities and forums.
About You
- Highly organised, self-starting, able to develop strong peer-relationships across the organisation
- An excellent understanding of the market and industry, with experience in Consumer Duty and Product Governance
- An excellent understanding of all relevant regulatory bodies and associated principles, able to interpret and apply them where required
- Able to distil complex discussions on wide-ranging topics into a coherent set of decisions and actions
- An in-depth understanding of products, services, and best practice within the platform market
- Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills
