Quilter plc is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager (Level 4) in the Risk department for a 6 Month FTC, based in London or Southampton. You will deliver compliance monitoring, thematic reviews, and surveillance to assess regulatory adherence and support strong customer outcomes.
Working with first, second, and third lines of defence, you will lead reviews, report findings, track management actions, and contribute to the Monitoring Framework while building strong stakeholder relationships.
