As a Complaint Investigator, you will investigate complaints promptly, liaising with stakeholders, financial advisers, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and third parties. You must manage multiple cases, adhere to DISP Resolution (FCA Handbook), and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, avoiding industry jargon. The role requires managing under pressure, demonstrating flexibility, and prioritising workloads.
