About the Role
Level: 1
Department: Client Services
Location: Remote
Contract: Permanent
Work schedule: 1 late shift per week (11:30am until 19:30pm) (flexible on which day). The rest of the days in this week you will work normal hours (9-5). Plus 1 Saturday shift every 5 weeks, the day before this Saturday you will work half a day (9am-12pm) and the shift for the Saturday is 10am until 2pm.
In this role you will be part of a friendly team who actively manage the diaries for 100s of financial advisers throughout the UK. The role is a telephone based home working role where you will be dealing with clients from all demographics of the UK who are seeking financial advice. Using our CRM system you will be finding out about the client\βs needs, finding the right adviser for the client and booking an appointment in our CRM system. The job involves liaising with clients and financial advisers on a daily basis, it is a varied and interesting role that provides some flexibility. Full training and support will be given in the role.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in dealing with clients, either face to face or on the telephone. You will be competent in software such as Word and Excel. You have extensive experience in call-handing as the role requires you to deal with a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. You take ownership in your role and can prioritise and multitask effectively.
