CANDIDATES MUST HOLD UK LEVEL 4 DIPLOMA IN FINANCIAL ADVICE

One of Quilter's partner firms located just outside of Derby close to junction 25 of the M1 is currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser on an employed basis to launch and develop their new Wealth Management division, delivering compliant financial advice, creating internal systems and training processes, and laying the foundations for future adviser recruitment and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, restricted financial advice using the Quilter proposition.
  • Manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads from our existing client bank and introducers.
  • Build referral pathways from internal mortgage and protection teams.
  • Develop internal best practice documents, client scripts, onboarding workflows and training materials.
  • Lead from the front in terms of service, culture and professionalism.
  • Train and mentor internal and future wealth advisers.
  • Contribute to adviser recruitment and the scaling strategy of the wealth division.
  • Ensure compliance with all FCA and Quilter guidelines and requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Level 4 Financial Advice Qualification (e.g. DipFA or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a regulated financial advice role.
  • Demonstrable experience within a restricted or unrestricted model, ideally Quilter or similar.
  • Experience working in or with mortgage/protection environments advantageous.
  • Leadership and/or process design experience is highly desirable.
