As a leading financial services business, Quilter Financial Planning are offering an excellent opportunity for an individual to work as a client support executive with one of our Strategic Partner firms, Redwood Financial, based in Horsham, West Sussex.
They are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team to assist with all administration for pensions and investments and to ensure that the financial advisers are provided with a first-class administrative support. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working in a professional yet relaxed environment and is keen to grow within a supportive team.
The role will entail the following:
- Providing an efficient administration service for Financial Advisers; assisting the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients
- Populating and maintaining client records within our database
- Producing the relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the Adviser, including client review packs (using Dynamic Planner), illustrations and valuations
- Processing new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards
- Process fund switches, income and withdrawals
- Liaising with providers to chase new business and keeping clients updated
