About the Role
As a Financial Planning Associate at David James Wealth, you will be joining the team to learn and grow in the world of financial planning. In this supportive role, you’ll work closely with senior team members to assist in the creation and implementation of financial strategies for their clients. You’ll engage with clients, helping gather the information needed to build a comprehensive understanding of their goals, values, and financial situation. Your role will focus on learning how to listen effectively, ask insightful questions, and assist in tailoring financial plans that reflect clients’ personal aspirations and current circumstances. You’ll be mentored on how to help craft clear, actionable strategies that aim to grow, manage, and preserve their clients' wealth. Throughout your training, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supporting the financial planning process, tracking client progress, and making adjustments as needed. As you build your knowledge and skills, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, always with the support of their experienced team.
