What We Provide
- Leads from our established affinity partnerships
- Full paraplanning, admin, and compliance support
- Marketing support to help you grow your client bank
- Additional 15% uplift (total 65%) on initial advice fees for any self‑generated business – because we reward ambition and self‑generation.
Hybrid & Client‑Focused
You’ll be based around Worcestershire, working hybrid, with at least one day per week in our office to collaborate with your support team. You’ll meet clients both in person and virtually, according to their preferences, and should be available for occasional evening appointments.
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing financial advice (employed or self‑employed)
- A client‑first mindset and commitment to doing the right thing
- Experience generating new business through referrals or networking
- Experience providing retirement, investment, and protection advice
- The motivation and discipline to thrive in a self‑employed environment
- A genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative, values‑driven team culture
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport
Desirable (but not essential)
- An existing client bank or strong client relationships
- Familiarity with the Quilter Financial Planning network or other network environments
- Advanced qualifications (AF or Chartered status)
