The successful candidate will join a growing and successful business with a clear pathway towards future ownership, making it ideally suited to an individual with the ambition and commercial mindset to lead and ultimately acquire an established financial planning practice within the next five years. Their services include: Pension advice Investment planning Mortgage advice The firm currently consists of three advisers and two administrative support staff, all working collaboratively from a central Exeter office. Investments Pensions Mortgages Alongside managing and developing client relationships, you will actively contribute to the continued growth of the business through networking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. Have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Can generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and professional connections Take pride in delivering quality work and following robust processes and procedures An existing client following or network of professional introducers would be beneficial, although not essential.
