We are hiring an Investment Administrator to support the Investment Managers team within our Edinburgh office. The role involves a wide range of administrative responsibilities and requires someone who is organised, professional, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries from Investment Managers, private clients, and both internal and external financial advisers via telephone and email.
  • Support the full lifecycle of client accounts – from opening new accounts, assisting with ongoing administration, to closing accounts – ensuring all processes remain fully compliant.
  • Assist with general team administration, including:
    • Answering inbound calls
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
    • Drafting suitability letters and maintaining suitability affirmations
    • Inputting BAC and CHAPS payments
