About the Role

Level: 4
Location: Regional or London – Hybrid working
Department: Advice
Contract: Permanent

The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Advice and work with the wider team, owning and progressing initiatives within the business, ensuring smooth delivery of day‑to‑day operations and key operational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of key initiatives and embed change within the team.
  • Plan and manage project resources, scheduling and budgets.
  • Deliver projects to specification, on time and within budget.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project reports and MI.
  • Identify and manage issues and risks proactively.
  • Champion change across people, clients, systems, and processes.
  • Support team members to carry out their day‑to‑day duties.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Monitor Peakon comments and cultural improvements to support the team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Head of Advice.

About You

We are looking for a self‑starter with critical thinking skills and experience in business management within financial services:

  • Background as a Business Manager in financial services.
  • Experience driving digital, data or AI‑enabled solutions to enhance client journeys and business efficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and own deliverables.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
