Our 13-week bridging programme is designed to give you the skills you need to launch your career as a financial adviser.

The course will cover the essential topics including:

  • questioning techniques
  • regulatory documents
  • business planning
  • systems and documentation
  • compliance and report writing
  • administration and research

We are seeking candidates with an established career history and life experience, looking to take the next step into a further professional career.

We work with bright, ambitious people from many different backgrounds who are seeking to build their own business with Quilter as a self-employed financial adviser. Quilter’s Financial Adviser Academy is designed to help you easily transition into this rewarding new career with support, confidence, and assurance.
