One of our clients is hiring a Principal Growth Product Manager to lead the global experimentation strategy across its platform organisation. This newly created, high-impact role sits at the centre of product, engineering, and data leadership — shaping how experimentation drives smarter decisions, faster learning, and scalable growth.

About the Role: You will define and operationalise the experimentation vision across multiple markets and product domains. Working closely with senior product and technology leaders, you will build scalable frameworks, embed hypothesis-driven thinking, and elevate experimentation from isolated testing to a strategic growth capability. This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep experimentation expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define the global experimentation vision and roadmap
- Align experimentation outcomes to measurable business value
- Translate complex organisational challenges into clear, compelling strategies
- Framework & Capability Building
- Design scalable experimentation frameworks across front-end and back-end systems
- Champion A/B testing, MVT, switchback testing, geo-based experiments, and sample sizing best practices
- Embed hypothesis-driven decision-making across teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, engineering, data, design, and local market teams
- Influence senior stakeholders to shift behaviours toward data-driven decision-making
- Act as the voice of internal users to ensure experimentation solves real needs
- Operational Excellence
- Scale experimentation tooling, governance, and processes globally
- Introduce AI-driven capabilities to improve workflows and enable self-service experimentation
- Unblock teams, iterate quickly, and deliver high-impact experimentation infrastructure
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience building and optimising platform products
- Deep expertise in experimentation methodologies (A/B, MVT, switchback, geo-based testing, feature flags, sample size calculation)
- Strong commercial and trading experimentation knowledge
- Experience operationalising experimentation at scale across multiple teams or markets
- Ability to introduce AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and productivity
- Strong stakeholder influence at senior and executive levels
- Clear, outcome-driven thinking with measurable impact focus
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and organisational complexity
- Bias for action with ability to deliver at pace in high-growth environments
- Strong communication and narrative-building skills
