About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage the Clubroom operations, delivering high‑quality food and exceptional member service. You will oversee a team, coordinate events such as BBQs and quiz nights, and ensure smooth daily operations across indoor and outdoor facilities. This role provides the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working in a professional, inclusive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the food and beverage team in daily operations.
  • Manage operational standards for service, quality and member satisfaction.
  • Oversee events, including seasonal activities, special events and hospitality functions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.
