Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role calls for a versatile Writing Specialist who can produce clear, compelling, and error-free text across a wide range of topics and styles. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models by generating high-quality original content and refining AI-generated drafts to meet professional standards of fluency, coherence, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, original content for diverse use cases, including creative writing, professional emails, summaries, and instructional guides.
• Review and rewrite AI-generated text to correct grammatical errors, improve flow, and ensure the tone matches the intended audience.
• Evaluate AI responses against strict quality guidelines, identifying issues such as repetition, awkward phrasing, or logical inconsistencies.
• Collaborate on creating \”gold standard\” datasets that demonstrate ideal writing structures for the AI to emulate.
• Adapt your writing style to mimic specific personas or follow detailed style guides to test the AI\’s versatility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional writing, copywriting, editing, or a related field (a portfolio or writing samples may be requested).
• Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax with an ability to produce clean, error-free copy.
• Versatility in writing styles; able to switch comfortably between formal, technical, creative, and conversational tones.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions and rubrics accurately.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
