Quik AI is a rapidly growing software house with a specialist AI capability. We deliver advanced AI solutions, custom software development, digital transformation and technical integration projects across a wide range of industries.
We are now looking for a Head of Sales who can directly drive new business revenue, build a strong pipeline, close high-value deals, and scale our commercial footprint. This role is hands‐on and best suited for someone who thrives in a high‐growth environment and has done this before within a software consultancy or software house model.
About the roleYou will be responsible for generating new opportunities, progressing enterprise conversations, converting leads into revenue, and expanding Quik AI's customer base. You will also help shape our sales approach, but your primary focus will be on winning business and driving income.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for AI and software development services
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → proposals → close
- Develop relationships with key enterprise clients and decision makers
- Produce proposals, commercial quotes and pricing options that convert
- Work closely with delivery and leadership to ensure smooth transition from sale into project
- Track and report performance against revenue targets and activity KPIs
- Represent Quik AI at meetings, events and networking opportunities to build awareness and win new clients
- Proven experience selling software development / digital solutions in a consultancy or software house
- History of closing significant deals (£50k–£250k+) and securing repeat accounts
- Ability to build new relationships quickly and open doors into target markets
- Understanding of AI productisation and commercial application (you do not need to code)
- Self‐starter, active sales generator, comfortable working autonomously and at pace
- You have scaled revenue before in a similar environment (not only account management)
- Competitive base salary + performance bonus
