At this non-ordinary boring company we believe better sleep changes lives, and our mission is to create sleep products that help people live longer and achieve their full potential. With monthly revenues already hitting multiple seven figures and bold global plans, we are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to guide our team, and turn insights into creatives that scale our team from 8 to 9 figures per year.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a side hustle. This isn’t a gig. This is a full-time opportunity with real ownership and impact.
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to take full ownership of our creative process – from ideation, to production, to iteration. You’ll lead a team of copywriters, editors, and UGC managers, and turn market and performance data into ideas that scale.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly creative calendars
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer avatars
- Research markets to find new hooks, trends, and opportunities
- Write clear, actionable briefs for copywriters, editors, and UGC managers.
- Review and provide feedback on scripts and videos.
- Own the creation of hooks and manage the variation process.
- Lead the ad ideation process and consistently introduce new angles, avatars, and ad styles.
- Work with Media Buyers to review results and adjust strategy.
- Share weekly reports on creative performance and testing priorities
- Mentor copywriters/editors and keep raising the creative quality bar.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in direct response or DTC creative strategy.
- Proven record of creating multiple ads and VSLs that generated +7-figure.
- Proven record of leading +8-figure creative teams and processes.
- Strong direct response copywriting and storytelling background.
- Skilled at translating performance data into clear briefs and creative hypotheses.
- Experienced in briefing, guiding, and giving feedback to copywriters, editors, and creators.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about marketing.
- Obsessed about impacting people’s lives and optimizing your sleep!
What Success Looks Like in the First 45 Days
Week 1
- Develop a complete understanding of QuietLab’s products, creative library, and audience.
- Audit past creatives and identify gaps in angles, avatars, and styles.
- Get familiar with the creative team, workflows, and feedback process.
- Build a 2-week creative schedule with clear deliverables.
Week 2
- Brief your first new VSL concepts and scripts, including at least one new style or avatar test.
- Launch your first set of hooks and variations.
Week 3
- Start reporting weekly on creative performance and testing priorities.
- Refine briefs and outputs based on learnings from initial tests.
- Deliver your first winning ads that scale past testing benchmarks.
- Take full ownership of the production schedule, balancing new concepts and variations.
- Establish a consistent cadence of 15 or more new creative assets per week.
