We are looking for a Midweight Art Director to join our creative department and push our work to the next level. You’ll be partnered with a fantastic copywriter, working across a diverse range of exciting projects, clients and pitches.

- A bit of design capability is also a definite plus!
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of experience in an agency environment as an art director.
- A portfolio that demonstrates bold creativity , conceptual thinking, and top-tier execution.
- A book that alongside strong ATL work demonstrates examples of clear, social-first thinking with a range of social-first campaigns that have true thumb-stopping power, and a hunger to drive the agency's social offering
- Collaboration skills: Able to ideate and execute as part of a partnership and in close collaboration with the wider team.
- The ability to work across multiple media and styles, crafting ideas that shine no matter the channel.
- Presentation skills, articulating your thinking clearly and confidently both internally and to clients.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
- Excellent time management skills, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
