Mid-Level Integrated Producer

INTEGRATED PRODUCER

FULL TIME, MID-LEVEL ROLE

(Salary based on experience, £40-50k)

We’re looking for a motivated, delivery-focused integrated producer to join our creative, dynamic team at Quiet Storm. This is an exciting production opportunity; we’re a fast-paced creative agency and have been producing all of our own work in-house since 1995.

We’re a highly respected creative agency and we produce all of our own work. Founded in 1995 by Trevor Robinson OBE with the aim to allow creatives the chance to direct their own work, we work incredibly collaboratively to get better results for our clients. Trevor works as our Executive Creative Director and as a Director. 

The Job Role: 

As a creative agency and production company, you will be exposed to both sides of production. You will be working in a small in-house production and post team, reporting into the Head of Production. 

There will be numerous projects live at any one time and you need to be able to juggle multiple deliveries, always striving for creative excellence. You will produce and deliver across all channels; digital (social, OOH and HTML5 banners), print (press and OOH), TVC, cinema, radio. Digital experience and delivery proficiency is vital. We’re looking for an Integrated Producer who: 

• Has experience in and deep understanding of production and delivery of multi-channel campaigns of all budget levels 
• Has knowledge of all stages of production from creative conception through to delivery (including an interest in post-production)
• Able to navigate media plans and delivery specs
• Can assist with agency operations such as creative resource and workflow management
• Understands Clearcast, transmission, usage negotiations
• Can work closely and transparently with creatives, accounts and finance
• Has in interest and keenness to learn about the Production Company side 
• Is highly organized, proactive, hard-working and collaborative 
• Takes initiative, has a positive attitude and motivation to learn and progress
• Has excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle many projects and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high-level attention to detail
