  • Understand your clients’ businesses, categories and commercial pressures
  • Challenge briefs constructively and help turn business problems into clear communications briefs
  • Keep clients informed, calm and confident
  • Build long‑term partnership value, not just project‑by‑project delivery
  • Champion great creative work
  • Protect and push the quality of the work
  • Work closely with strategy and creative teams to shape strong briefs
  • Help direct the development of creative work with clarity and confidence
  • Evaluate ideas and give useful, constructive feedback
  • Present and sell creative work brilliantly to clients
  • Keep work on brief, on brand, on budget and creatively ambitious
  • Own account delivery
  • Lead a set of priority Quiet Storm accounts
  • Set clear expectations around timings, scope, budgets and responsibilities
  • Keep integrated projects moving across AV, digital, social, OOH and content
  • Guide AMs, PMs and wider teams to deliver to a high standard
  • Remove blockers before they slow the work down
  • Bring calm, clarity and momentum to the people around you
  • Drive commercial growth
  • Take responsibility for revenue, forecasting, margins and profitability across your accounts
  • Spot growth opportunities early and turn them into clear plans
  • Lead fee, scope and budget conversations with confidence
  • Negotiate with clients and procurement where needed
  • Report key financial information clearly to senior leadership
  • Help convert opportunities into profitable, creatively exciting work
  • Support new business
  • Play an active role in pitches and new business opportunities
  • Bring both a creative and commercial mindset to pitch responses
  • Help shape the strategic story and client experience
  • Build relationships with senior prospects and new client contacts
  • Represent Quiet Storm with confidence, warmth and credibility
  • Lead and develop people
  • Manage, coach and develop junior members of the account team
  • Give clear direction, honest feedback and proper support
  • Know when to encourage, when to challenge and when to take charge
  • Share credit generously and shoulder responsibility when things get difficult
  • Inspire teams inside and outside the core account group
  • Help raise the standard of account leadership across the agency

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in an account leadership role within a creative agency
  • Experience leading highly creative accounts
  • Strong FMCG experience
  • Experience with travel, leisure, destination or entertainment brands would be a major plus
  • Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across AV, digital, social, OOH and content
  • Strong client leadership skills, especially with senior stakeholders

You’ll thrive here if you are:

  • Ambitious and ready for more responsibility
  • Commercially sharp and creatively hungry
  • Calm under pressure
  • Decisive when needed
  • Confident with clients and generous with teams
  • Able to challenge without creating friction

  • Good at turning complexity into simple next steps
  • Comfortable leading from the front
  • Excited by the idea of helping shape the future of the account management department
