We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Client Coordinator to join our fast‑paced operations team.

You’ll be working with a variety of clients across several different service areas, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service while coordinating operational processes from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Client Coordinator, you will act as the key point of contact for multiple clients, managing day‑to‑day communication and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

You’ll liaise with internal departments, contractors, and customers while supporting a range of services including:

  • Home Emergency Assistance
  • Property Installations
  • Damp & Mould Services
  • Additional client projects and operational support

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your knowledge across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage client enquiries and provide regular updates.
