Quiddity Talent Solutions is working on behalf of a global leader in mobility and rehabilitation technology, expanding their UK commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer‑focused Territory Business Manager to join a growing organisation dedicated to improving independence and quality of life through innovative mobility solutions.
With a comprehensive portfolio of powered and manual wheelchairs, complex rehab and seating systems, and patient aids, our client partners with clinicians, NHS wheelchair services, and mobility dealers across the UK.
The Role
As a Territory Business Manager, you will:
- Deliver sales targets across your assigned region through proactive territory planning and relationship management.
- Build and nurture partnerships with NHS wheelchair services, dealer networks, and private healthcare providers.
- Provide clinical demonstrations, training, and product trials to support prescribing and selection processes.
- Identify new opportunities within the NHS and private sectors, contributing to tenders and framework bids.
- Capture market intelligence, feeding insights into the wider sales and product teams.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll bring:
- Proven success in achieving sales targets within healthcare, medical devices, or mobility solutions.
- Strong clinical and technical communication skills, able to engage with OTs, PTs, and procurement professionals.
- Knowledge of NHS procurement and funding cycles.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and CRM discipline.
- A full UK driving licence and readiness for frequent travel.
