Quiddity Talent Solutions is a specialist Talent Solutions partner to the Life Sciences sector, supporting organisations across Clinical Research, MedTech, Biotech and Pharmaceuticals. We are expanding our Contract and Fractional Clinical Research offering and are seeking a Recruitment Director to build and grow this offering. This is an opportunity to develop a high-potential market within a growing, entrepreneurial business. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new contract and fractional assignments within Clinical Research.
  • Building relationships with senior clinical and regulatory leaders.
  • Sourcing and placing interim Clinical Operations, Regulatory and Quality professionals.
  • Managing contractors throughout their assignments.
  • Growing a profitable and sustainable contract desk.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in 360 contract recruitment.
  • Background in Life Sciences or Clinical Research recruitment (highly advantageous).
  • Confidence negotiating day rates and margins.
  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset.
