We are partnering with a specialist healthcare organisation entering an exciting period of expansion. They are adding strength to their UK team and are seeking a proactive, commercially astute sales professional to own and grow a key region.
The Territory covers major ophthalmic and hospital accounts across: Plymouth (Derriford), Dorset County, Musgrove Park, North Devon, Royal Cornwall, Royal Devon & Exeter, Salisbury, Torbay, and Yeovil.
The Role
You will develop strong relationships with clinicians and key NHS stakeholders, identify and convert opportunities, and drive growth across a portfolio aligned to glaucoma and ocular surface therapy. You will take a structured account management approach, create detailed account plans, and ensure all customer data and interactions are accurately maintained.
What We Are Looking For
- Dynamic, driven and excellent communicators
- Skilled in territory management and customer engagement
- Able to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals
- Confident delivering clinical discussions and presentations
- Organised, analytical and comfortable working independently
- ABPI qualified or willing to work toward it
- Experience in ophthalmology or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not essential.
