The Opportunity
Quiddity Talent Solutions is a specialist Talent Solutions partner to the Life Sciences sector. We support organisations across MedTech, HealthTech, Biotech and Pharmaceuticals with Executive Search, Recruitment, Coaching, Outplacement and Advisory services. We are now seeking a Head of Research Group to design and lead our research capability as we scale.
Whilst this is a hands-on role it is not just a delivery-only research role. It is an opportunity to build a structured, insight-led function that strengthens our market intelligence, talent pipelines and client credibility.
What You’ll Do
- Drive initial research success leading to the building and leadership of a high-performing research team.
- Develop structured talent mapping and competitor analysis frameworks.
- Create proactive leadership and functional pipelines.
- Provide data-driven insight to support client pitches and retained search mandates.
- Elevate research from reactive sourcing to strategic intelligence.
- Partner with Consultants to improve speed, quality and depth of market coverage.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading research within Executive Search or specialist recruitment.
- Strong talent mapping and market intelligence expertise.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.
- Commercial awareness and confidence supporting client-facing teams.
- Experience working within Life Sciences or complex technical markets (advantageous).
