We’re on the lookout for a creative techie — someone who can turn insight into beautifully designed documents, explore new technologies, and help us build an intelligent and automated CRM system at the heart of our business.
If you're passionate about design, marketing, automation, and clever use of data, this role is a perfect chance to build real-world experience while shaping how we communicate with clients and showcase our expertise.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating visually engaging documents using Canva and PowerPoint – from insight packs to service brochures and client presentations
- Taking raw data from LinkedIn, Bullhorn CRM, and other sources and turning it into beautiful, easy-to-read, value-packed content
- Helping structure and improve our Bullhorn CRM – keeping it clean, automated, and full of valuable, usable data
- Working with our tech stack to schedule and amplify content across LinkedIn
- Researching new platforms and exploring smart ways to improve how we use design, automation, and insight together
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying Digital Marketing, Marketing & Tech, Creative Media, Business with Design, or similar
- Has a strong visual eye and enjoys designing things that are clear, modern, and on-brand
- Enjoys solving problems with technology – curious about how automation, CRMs, and data tools work
- Is comfortable (or keen to learn!) using Canva, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and ideally has an understanding of CRMs.
- Has a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and a desire to learn and contribute
