Role
You will develop strong relationships with clinicians and key NHS stakeholders, identify and convert opportunities, and drive growth across a portfolio aligned to glaucoma and ocular surface therapy. You’ll take a structured account management approach, create detailed account plans, and ensure all customer data and interactions are accurately maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- Dynamic, driven and excellent communicators
- Skilled in territory management and customer engagement
- Able to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals
- Confident delivering clinical discussions and presentations
- Organised, analytical and comfortable working independently
- ABPI qualified or willing to work toward it
- Experience in ophthalmology or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not essential.
