Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Locum Adult Qualified Social Worker for its client’s Older Persons Team based in Wrexham. This is a full-time agency role offering £33.42 per hour, supporting older adults to maintain independence and achieve positive outcomes through strengths-based social work practice.
You will manage a caseload, undertake assessments and care planning, collaborate with families and health professionals, and participate in duty rotas across community and hospital.
