Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead Practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the West Midlands. If you are looking to take the next step in your career, then this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Lead Practitioner, you will be the example of good practice within the team, providing consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include:

  • Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings
  • Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans
  • Lead CP conferences
  • Lead reflective and group supervision with the team

Key requirements:

If you are a qualified social worker with a minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience within children and family services, then we want to hear from you. To be considered for this role you must be:

  • Registered with SWE
  • Experienced working within children and family services as a social worker
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • A UK driving licence holder
