Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Family Court Advisor for its client. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires travel across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire & BANES.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children involved in family court proceedings.
- Provide independent social work advice and recommendations to the court.
- Prepare high-quality case analyses and written reports for hearings.
- Work on cases after the first hearing within public law proceedings.
- Balance remote working with attendance at your local CAFCASS office for team meetings and development days.
- Travel across the region as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years' post‐qualified experience as a Children's Social Worker.

- Current SWE registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to travel across the region when required.
