About You

We’re looking for passionate and motivated practitioners who are committed to delivering outstanding social work and helping children thrive. To be successful, you’ll need:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent)
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Experience working within children’s social care services
  • Strong assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners
  • A commitment to high-quality practice and continuous professional development
