Liquid Personnel is looking for an open-minded, energetic individual who can stay calm under pressure while keeping a sense of humour. Our clients are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals to work within Children's Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro, and other specialisms as a Support or Senior Support Worker.

If this sounds like you, Liquid Personnel would love for you to join its client as a Senior Support Worker in Newcastle and the surrounding areas, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and support. Our clients range from working with older people to children, helping vulnerable individuals on a recovery journey, or supporting those with complex and challenging behaviours. The work is always highly rewarding!

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
  • Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
