Rotherham Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for the Adults First Contact Team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • The role involves completing Care Act assessments on wards
  • Supporting MDTs
  • Organizing and prioritizing caseloads for timely discharges
  • Conducting Mental Capacity Assessments
  • Best Interest Discussions
  • Safeguarding adults

Experience in fast-paced environments and knowledge of the Mental Health Act is essential.
