Liquid Personnel is seeking a proactive and compassionate Social Worker to join their Client's Children in Need (CIN) team at Newcastle. This role involves working with families to prevent escalation and support children to remain safely at home.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage a caseload of CIN and CP cases.
  • Develop and implement child protection and CIN plans.
  • Conduct home visits and multi-agency meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in CIN/CP teams.
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with children and families.
