Liquid Personnel are looking for a driven and hardworking Senior Social Worker to join a supportive and knowledgeable Neighbourhood Team in Essex. Within this team, you will work with adults to support their independence and maximise their potential through focusing on their recovery to help them achieve their individual goals.

What can you expect from this role?
- You will work with adults from the age of 18 and over across all specialisms
- You will work closely with our partners in health, housing and the voluntary sector to undertake a wide range of duties including assessment, reviews, mental capacity assessments and adult safeguarding
- You will work to support the independence and maximise the potential of the people you work with
- You will focus on early intervention and prevention, with a focus on recovery to support adults and to achieve individual outcomes

- You will be AMHP, BIA or PE qualified, or have secured intention to complete these qualifications
- You should have evidence of continuing professional development
- You should have an in-depth understanding of the financial implications of commissioned care packages
