Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential home.
  • Leading by example – supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Mentoring staff and ensuring the highest childcare standards.

Salary

Up to £30,641.52 per annum

Working Hours

Full-time, rotational shifts (average 168 hrs/month)
