Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapists for its clients Screening & Telephone Assessments Team located at Queens Road, Peckham. Join our client's OT team in a key frontline role focused on screening referrals and conducting telephone assessments. You’ll support decision-making, provide equipment and minor adaptations and help manage the team inbox alongside the Deputy Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Screen incoming referrals and complete telephone OT assessments
- Signpost, recommend equipment, and minor adaptations
- Refer cases to the community OT team for home visits
- Support inbox management and assist customer support officers with decisions
Qualifications & Experience
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in adult social care or community OT
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
