Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client's Reablement Team based in the Derbyshire Dales. This is a full-time agency role offering £26.63 per hour and supporting individuals within the community to regain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Complete community-based OT assessments.
- Provide reablement interventions and support.
- Assess needs and identify appropriate solutions.
- Support service users to maximise independence.
- Work with colleagues and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experience in community, reablement or social care is desirable.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
