Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client’s Adults with Disabilities team located in Haringey.
Responsibilities
- Undertake holistic assessments from a strengths-based perspective to maximise independence
- Provide effective advice and guidance following assessments
- Recommend and arrange provision of the most appropriate equipment and adaptations
- Complete carer’s assessments and reviews in line with statutory and operational standards
- Promote functional independence through tailored interventions
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver person-centred care
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with adults with disabilities in a community or social care setting
- Strong understanding of equipment provision, housing adaptations, and carer support
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to strengths-based practice and promoting independence
