Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Combined Locality Team based in Knowsley.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Care Act assessments, strengths-based support planning, and commission appropriate care and support services.
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions, ensuring compliance with statutory duties.
- Manage and assess risk, attend MARAC meetings, and contribute to coordinated safety planning.
- Participate in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, including completion of DSTs.
- Work on a hybrid basis with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays, Fridays, and for duty/training days; car driver essential.

Qualifications and Experience:
- SWE registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
