Are you ready to make a difference to the lives of children, young people, and families? Look no further! Liquid Personnel are seeking dedicated Senior Social Workers to join a Support and Safeguarding team within Northamptonshire.

Welcome Bonus: £6,000 available to you.

Parking: Free parking on site and subsidised town centre parking.

Relocation Support: Up to £8,000 for a smooth transition.

Training: Induction programme, Practise Educator Qualification, and high-quality supervision.

Salary: Ranges from £43,158 to £45,204.

Key Duties Will Include:

  • As a social worker within the Safeguarding service, you will be responsible for privileging the best interests of children and young people, which must be based on best evidence and good practice.
  • Complex caseload including undertaking assessments, visiting children and their families, interventions and reviewing the work taken.
  • Work using Signs of Safety model, within the policies and procedures of Children's Services and regulatory standards.
  • Provide mentoring and share knowledge to support junior colleagues.

About You:

  • Degree in Social Work and Social Work England (SWE) registration.
  • Extensive post-qualification experience in children and families social work - ideally in a statutory setting.
  • Must have awareness of the legislative framework.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive and supportive environment.
