Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Lead Mental Health Practitioner to join its client's supportive and forward-thinking team on a locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6 or Band 7 equivalent clinician with strong dysphagia experience to step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead dysphagia management across the service, ensuring safe and effective assessment and intervention.
- Conduct specialist assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals with complex swallowing and communication needs.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care planning.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audits and service improvement.
- Deliver training and education to staff and carers around dysphagia and communication strategies.
- Support service development initiatives and uphold best practice standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree
- HCPC registration.
- Band 6 or Band 7 equivalent clinical background.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
